Shipping, Exchanges, & Returns

Shipping

Since everything is handmade, most to order, please allow up to a week for orders to ship. 


All orders are shipped via USPS and we will keep you informed of shipment date with tracking information.

Exchanges & Returns

  • We offer  returns for store credit only. Final sale for all customized orders.
  • You have 10 days from the date of shipment to return all eligible items. 
  • The store credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. 
  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.  
  • All returns and exchanges will not include shipping, with the exception of faulty item.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until the return is processed.
  • Store credit never expires.

How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?

  • Review our return and exchange policies above and email Orders@BaileysBandanas.com with your order number, along with the information on whether you would like to return for store credit and your reason for return ,or to exchange and  the item(s) you would like to exchange for.


What if My Item is Damaged?

  • We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly.  If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away.
